SMS Terms of Service
By providing your mobile phone number to Varghis LLC and affirmatively consenting to receive SMS messages through our website form, you agree to the following SMS Terms of Service. These terms supplement and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Program Description
Varghis LLC operates a transactional SMS program. We send SMS messages directly related to inquiries you have submitted through varghis.com, including but not limited to: discovery call confirmations, reminders, scheduling and rescheduling, and follow-up communications regarding your inquiry. Our SMS program is not used for unsolicited marketing or promotional messaging.
How You Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS from Varghis LLC by submitting our discovery call booking form at varghis.com and affirmatively checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on that form. The SMS consent checkbox is separate from our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service consent checkbox. SMS consent is not a condition of submitting the form, purchasing any product, or using our Services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You can typically expect to receive between one and eight messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Varghis LLC does not charge a fee to send or receive SMS. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or OPTOUT to any message we send. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and no further messages. To rejoin after opting out, you must submit the form again with SMS consent re-checked.

Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, US Cellular, Cricket, Alltel, Cincinnati Bell, Cellcom, C-Spire, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our SMS service delivery is permitted solely to enable the messaging service you have requested. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and Conditions. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.

All content, branding, logos, graphics, text, designs, materials, and other content on this website are the exclusive property of Varghis LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used without express written permission from Varghis LLC.
